Bio:

Lubos Bartecko is the head coach of the USPHL NCDC Red River Spartans, Assistant Coach of the USPHL Premier Red River Spartans, and Head Performance Coach / Owner of the Athlete’s Compound.

He is a former NHL player, three time olympian, and gold and silver medalist at the world championships. Lubos brings elite-level experience and cutting-edge training methods to develop hockey players and athletes of all levels.

Specializing in force plate testing, cognitive assessments, and customized performance training, lubos combines science-backed strength programs with on-ice skill development.

With a focus on injury prevention, power, and speed, Lubos and the Athlete’s Compound provide a one-of-a-kind training environment to help athletes reach their full potential.
